Don’t forget dessert with a sprinkle of the sugar on cupcakes or cookies. RECIPE: Pan Seared Chicken with Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Toss 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered, with 2 tbsp of oil to coat. Spread in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Roast in preheated 375F oven 30 minutes until tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through cooking. Remove from oven and toss with 1 tbsp of the Seasoning. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add 1 lb thinly-sliced boneless chicken breast cutlets; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Stir in remaining 1 tbsp Seasoning and 1/4 c water, turning chicken to coat. Serve chicken with Brussels sprouts. Makes 4 servings.
